Enquiry forms on this site are processed via Typeform; standard website analytics may record general browsing behaviour.
Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, provide property advisory services, meet legal and regulatory obligations (including AML/CFT identity verification for buyer and vendor engagements), and, where you've agreed, to share relevant listings or market updates.
Information may be shared with NZSIR North Limited and New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty as my licensed agency, and with third parties directly involved in a transaction (such as lawyers, other agents, or verification providers) where necessary to progress a sale, acquisition, or AML/CFT compliance requirement. I do not sell personal information to third parties.
